A Little About myself:

My name is Jason and I’m so happy to be partnered with Realty ONE Group - Compass in Westbrook.  My aim is to help you navigate the sale of your house and/or find the perfect home while making the process fun, simple and easy.  I'm very friendly, easy going and professional.  I’m a born and raised Mainer, Eagle Scout, and after graduating from the University of Southern Maine in Portland, I spent the next decade living in and around the downtown area in my first multi-family purchase.  

I have an extensive background in negotiating and driven towards helping others take that next step towards achieving their hopes and dreams.  Nothing makes me happier than seeing that smile on a clients face when their vision becomes a reality.   I've always had a life long passion for welcoming new friends and family into my life and learning where they see their path headed and if there is anything I can do to help get them there.

My interest in real estate does not end at being your agent.  I watch out for my clients as if they were my closest friends and family.  I pride myself on my ability to problem solve quickly and resolve issues before they arise so you don't have to stress or worry.  I'm there with you every step of the way.

As a local landlord and property manager for over a decade, I’m uniquely qualified in supporting you in the purchase of a multi-family, flip project or even a BRRRR.  If you're an investor (or looking to get started), I can assist with going over property analysis' and offer future landlord advice.

Currently I reside in Windham with my beautiful wife and two rescue dogs. When we find time, our family enjoys fostering pups and volunteering as a cat feeder at the local shelter.   When I’m not helping you with your real estate goals, I enjoy spending time at the lake, skiing, photography and playing in a band with some of my oldest friends.
